Progressive Insurance intends to hire nearly 400 employees in the Northeast Ohio by early 2016. Many of the positions are for claims adjusters and sales representatives.
MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio - Progressive Insurance plans to hire nearly 400 employees by the beginning of next year.
The focus is on recruiting claims adjusters and sales representatives. An on-site interview event for sales representatives will be held Aug. 27 at Progressive's campus on Wilson Mills Road.
"For the claims adjusters positions, we're looking for candidates who are able to use their investigative skills to file claims, develop relationships with customers, and have a strong eye for detail," Katie Magoon, Progressive's director of recruiting, said in an email. "Sales reps should have experience in consultative sales and the ability to influence and form relationships with customers."
