LYNDHURST, Ohio -- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. has moved its Design Center from Village Square Shopping Center in Woodmere to Legacy Village lifestyle center in Lyndhurst.
Ethan Allen said the new 8,000-square-foot store and showroom, located on the north side of Blossom Way between Arhaus Furniture and Restoration Hardware, has a boutique-style layout featuring an eclectic range of home furnishings and accessories. The space that previously housed retailers Z Gallerie and Thomasville Furniture is comparably sized to its previous location, with higher 11-foot ceilings.

View full sizeThe Ethan Allen Design Center features groupings of furniture as well as customizable options including fabrics, trim and window treatments. Nancy Brown, district design manager, said Ethan Allen expects to hire at least two more design consultants and add a receptionist to its current staff of 12.
"We're thrilled to be a part of Legacy Village's gallery of high-quality lifestyle retailers. The village's stylish Main Street vibe is a perfect fit for Ethan Allen's fashionable approach to home design," she said in a written statement announcing the move.
The Design Center offers homeowners an assortment of fabrics, leathers, finish and trim options for customized designs, as well as a home fashion center with fabric samples and window treatments. Its designers offer complimentary in-store or in-home consultations.
Other Northeast Ohio area Design Centers are located at 35810 Detroit Rd. in Avon and at 55 Springside Dr. in Akron.
The Lyndhurst Design Center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The store's phone number is 216-765-1358.
